Hector Diaz is a licensed Captain through the United States Coast Guard and is the Owner of Quality Backwater Fishing Charters for the last 18 years. He is a retired law-enforcement Sergeant with over 31 years of experience. During those 31 years, he was assigned to the Marco Island Police Marine Unit, enforcing maritime law and resource violations. He is currently a reserve officer with the Marco Island Police Marine Unit.
